Ahmed was a colleague at work, and I came to know that he is a certified coach, and that's when I decided to approach him to seek help with my problems. At that time, I was going through a tough time at work and in my personal life - I had just been through a break-up and was feeling lost not just in my personal life but also in my career. He helped me seek clarity and rebuild myself with purpose. But, most importantly, he helped me evaluate my emotional needs as I had always felt stunted in that aspect of my life and embrace vulnerability. He helped me gain clarity about what I want to do with my life and my career and map out short-term and long-term plans.
Ahmed is a great coach to work with - he has a great personality and was able to listen and empathize with me, which is really needed at times of hardship and more so after a break-up.
