I am an experienced leader, a strategic advisor, and a coach.
As someone who has experienced and recovered from multiple episodes of burnout, I’m passionate about working with people who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed with the demands of work and life. I want them to know that they’re not alone, and that there’s a better way forward! At GigifyWork, we have developed a framework to help our clients go from overwhelmed to feeling centred and in control so they can better manage whatever is thrown their way.
I also love helping people who are feeling unhappy and stuck at work to get unstuck! I get chills when I work with my clients to generate ideas for their next career move. Then I work with them to make sure they kick ass in the job search process, from resume writing to LinkedIn profile review and networking.
Last but not least, I love supporting emerging and new leaders. From challenging decisions, difficult conversations, to prioritization strategies, I believe leaders deserve the support to reach their full potential so they make the impact that they had dreamed about when they first applied to that role.
Here are the different ways that we can work together:
3-month package (CAD $850)
One 75-minute coaching session to establish rapport and clarify goals.
Five 45-minute coaching sessions to dig into the work.
Unlimited support over emails
*Coaching sessions are scheduled every 2-3 weeks, depending on your availabilities.
Pay-as-you-go coaching (CAD $150/session)
45-minute coaching sessions to be scheduled as frequent as you need.
