Challenge doubts, build confidence, achieve success.  Even the most successful leaders have doubts and fears, but where they differ is their ability to manage their thoughts and emotions so that they can focus on moving forward and achieving their goals.
I have more than 20 years experience in leadership positions, building and developing multi-functional and multi-cultural teams across the UK and Asia Pacific.  I combine my corporate experience and professional training to help my clients uncover their unique strengths, and use these to become more effective and fulfilled. My coaching style has been described as warm and direct, and I use insight, curiosity and a touch of humour to help my clients challenge doubts and build confidence.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and an associate member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I am a mentor for Toastmasters International and a qualified practitioner of both MTQ48 Mental Toughness and Lumina Spark / Lumina Emotion psychometric assessments.
Outside of work, I have been part of the Great Britain Dragonboat team, winning a bronze medal at the World Championships in China, captained a women’s team at World Championship Club level for Dragonboat in Hungary, trekked 250km across the Gobi Desert in 7 days, trekked 330km across the South Island of New Zealand in 7 days, and competed in many other road, trail and Dragonboat races. I brings my own personal work around emotional and mindset management to my coaching practice, helping clients to see what’s possible and achieve their own version of success.
