Intercultural challenges are increasing day by day and we are often confronted with cultural barriers in global collaboration that are very avoidable. Conflicts that can affect the productivity of teams and entire corporations.
Using my services, teams will understand the cultural characteristics of their cooperation partners at the level that is necessary for successful communication and effective collaboration on international projects. I support international teams in acquiring intercultural sensitivity, developing specific solutions for international challenges and benefiting from cultural synergies. In tailor made programs consisting of training, facilitation, mediation, mentoring, consulting and coaching, I help with the implementation and maintenance of these solutions.

Qualifications & Specialities

Having been working in global management of engineering and cientific teams in Chile, China, Germany and the USA in manufacturing and mining industries, I'm well aware of the challenges of my customers in global projects. I am trained as a Chemist and hold a PhD in Engineering, furthermore I am a certified Executive Coach and Intercultural Consultant since 2020.
