I am a registered master executive coach (MCC) at the International Coaching Federation that has coached more than 3000 hours internationally at all leadership levels in the organisation (from C-suite to supervisors). I acted as group coach and trainer to young entrepreneurial investors in letting go of limiting self-beliefs and building a strong personal brand. I have implemented coaching frameworks and trained internal coaches at three companies. I trained multiple coaches as lecturer and supervisor for SACAF (The South African College of Applied Psychology).

I acted as change manager on large international systems and business process improvement projects in various mining, manufacturing, and financial organisations. I assisted in creating performance and engagement orientated cultures on various large change management projects.

I have implemented overall holistic employee wellness programmes to support well-being on a physical, emotional, social, career and financial level. This was supported by a Mobile App to track and improve well-being in all areas of life.

I am a proficient international facilitator with a capacity to manage diversity in various business scenarios.

MCC (International Coaching Federation – highest level of qualification that requires various coaching training exceeding 100 hours: mentoring exceeding 20 hours and supervision (ongoing) required to pass an exam. It also requires a formal record of 2500 paid coaching hours to qualify)
