Why ?
Need a coach who has had great work experience , raised a family , held executive positions and studied simultaneously? I am a life long learner and challenge my own status quo so that I do not stagnate. I have over 25 years of corporate leadership experience in finance, operations and HR. My second career as a coach, is to help others realize their wisdom and potential within. In my own personal journey I have integrated spiritual growth into my development with neuroscience and emotional intelligence practices. I am a learning facilitator on the Getsmarter Neuroscience for business programme. I work with diverse cultures from Africa, Europe and America . I create a safe space for us to co-create your journey and unleash your thinking.

Qualifications & Specialities

I have over 15 years of coaching experience first in corporate and since 2016 I run my own business as a coach.
I work with people in large organizations of over 50 000 employees to small entrepreneurial organizations. Clients are from private and public sector including banks, insurance, manufacturing , FMCG, tourism , rail, water sectors.
I hold Bachelor of Commerce , Honors in Accounting and Master of Science in Coaching and behavioral change. I focus on systems thinking, emotional intelligence and neuroscience.
I am a certified Enneagram Practitioner and an Six Seconds Emotional intelligence Assessor and Vital Signs Assessor.
