One-One Coaching
This is designed for focusing on specific areas concerning an individual, keeping in mind their professional & personal development needs & results in the individual making significant shift in their thinking & beliefs.
These shifts enable transformational change in desired results or outcomes.
The structured yet intuitive coaching approach, takes the client through an insightful journey of self-awareness & development, eventually leading the individuals to successfully achieving their goals, while realizing their full potential.
Group or Team coaching
These programs involve a group of people, that share common focus areas or goals. These follow the same principles as individual coaching, combined with skills of facilitation & group processes.
The programs are designed to create significant outcomes for the group, as a whole & can be considered in place of Trainings too.

Qualifications & Specialities

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 600 hours of one-one coaching experience, working as an independent Coach over the past 6 years.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Analytical & Medicinal Chemistry, I spent over 22 years in Leadership positions across renowned & reputed organizations in the FMCG industry, primarily as a Research & Development professional followed by a stint in Training & Development.
My roles spanned across- New product Development, Product innovations strategy, Analysis, Consumer Insights, Training and Technical support to Marketing & Regulatory functions.
I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey as a freelance Facilitator & Coach in 2015, to be able to fulfil my passion for supporting human potential development.
As a Coach, I am passionate about making significant impact in lives of people, helping them achieve their most audacious goals & in the process discover & achieve their best potential; helping them lead more fulfilling lives, by instilling a growth mind-set.
