► I'm a recognized top leadership coach and award-winning social worker who's passionate about helping leaders level up and lead with courage, especially those who've been traditionally underrepresented and marginalized in leadership ranks. I'm an advocate of intersectional social justice, advancing resilience and well-being culture, facilitating social impact; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

► I've been coaching since 2010 and typically coach clients working in entertainment, technology, healthcare, corporate, government, and education. My clients are located globally—in Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America. I work with new/emerging leaders, executives, and high-potential individuals to achieve purpose, find clarity, and build inclusive leadership.

► I have a Doctor of Social Work degree in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California, am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Red Team Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Evidence-Based Coach, have a Certification in Emotional Intelligence, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I write thought leadership pieces about leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, organizational culture, and DEIB.
