I’m Cindy Milas, Owner of Laser Life Coaching and Counseling. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Coach, I know how challenging it can be for successful, hard-working professional women to find happiness and balance while maximizing their potential.
Several years ago I realized that even though I had achieved many professional and personal milestones, I was living life on “autopilot.” I felt passionless, burned out, and stuck. I knew I had to break out somehow, but I didn’t know where to begin.
Unfortunately, it took getting diagnosed with a painful autoimmune disease to finally realize something had to give. If I was going to have the kind of life I’d always wanted, I had to make a commitment to myself and take charge of my own happiness.
Thankfully, that simple decision was a GAME CHANGER! I began to make my own well-being my priority and purposefully recraft my life. Now, not only am I happier and healthier, I’ve moved beyond simply surviving to THRIVING!
I founded Laser Life Coaching and Counseling because I believe everyone has the ability to transform their lives as I did. I’m committed to empowering women to achieve greater success, happiness, fulfillment, and balance in their professional and personal lives.

Qualifications & Specialities

I bring 27 years of mental health counseling practice and intensive training in laser-focused coaching to my coaching. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Gerontology, and have been a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1999. I completed the ICF accredited Laser-Focused Coaching Intensive under Marion Franklin, internationally renowned Master Certified Coach, speaker, and author of "The HeART of Laser-Focused Coaching" and am Board Certified Coach.  I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation, Suncoast Mental Health Counselor's Association, and Working Women of Tampa Bay.
