Being an executive, business and leadership coach, I am passionate about helping and supporting my coachees to overcome potential barriers to success and achieving their true potential, purpose, and goals in all areas of their lives. I provide an environment of integrity, trust and partnership for coaching which greatly assists with a positive and sustainable outcome.
My focus is coaching at individual level and I use Integral Coaching which focuses on the whole human being i.e., cognitive, somatic, emotional, spiritual, and relational. I also provide individual and team mentoring i.e. MBA and Centre for Coaching programmes at UCT GSB.
Coaching cost per hour is on average ZAR2500, however this depends on the coachees requirements

Qualifications & Specialities

I am a professional coach focusing on executive and senior management across all industries. I am also part of the Centre for Coaching Faculty at UCT providing mentoring for candidates on the certified coaching programmes. I have 6 years of Professional coaching and 20 years of Corporate coaching and mentoring.
My educational background is summarised as follows:- MDP (Unisa), Executive Leadership program at Standard Bank and significant local and international IT technical and leadership programmes.  I am a Professional Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town (UCT), New Ventures West (USA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
