Qualifications & Specialities

Sari is a Leadership Coach. Sari holds credentials from International Coach Federation (ICF) as Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Sari  has more than 18  years experiences in community behavior intervention, conservation education and communication.  She had  been mentoring and facilitating and various size of nonprofit organization to be effective and efficient in delivering  community welfare and environmental program. She is a seasoned community and group facilitators. Sari has been coaching executive leaders in non-profit sectors and commercial sectors (FMCGs, finance, hospitality, education and service industries).   She co-founded Digdaya Selaras, an agency that focus on developing people who are working in sustainable  development sectors, as a way to optimized contribution and impact to the society.
Sari holds bachelor degree in psychology studies (Universitas Indonesia) and economy (STIE Perbanas - Jakarta). She also hold Master degree in social intervention from Universitas Indonesia, and Diploma in Conservation Education from  University of Kent at Canterbury, UK. She was trained in environmental leadership by the Smithsonian Institute, USA, also trained in Situational Leadership from The Center of Leadership Studies.  She is certified in Project Management for Development Professional (PMD-Pro) Level 1 & 2 (APM Group – England);  and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Impact System® Coach (Billy Kueek International, Singapore). Sari is also certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching as Executive Coach and Team Coach.
Sari sees her purpose in life as creating opportunities for people in reaching  their optimum capacity and having meaningful life experiences.  Coaching provides opportunity for people to grow from within as a way to provide significant positive impact in personal well-being and  to global prosperity.
