I am doing this coaching profession full time since I left the Corporate world in 2019 after 14 successful years in the Call Center Industry that landed me in a Workforce Director post in my last company. I have grown my career from humble beginnings as an agent and rose to the ranks on an average every 2 years until I achieved a Director role.
I have been married for 19 years. I am a father of 2 teenage children aged 19 (daughter) and 15 (son). I started my parenting journey when I was 19 years old (I am 39 now). Parenting has created a way for me to strengthen my relationship with my children. They are teenagers now and I’m thankful that my old ways of parenting have shifted towards Emotion Coaching; a paradigm shift. Before, work took so much of my time that I needed to make a decision on which one is more important. I choose my children. Imagine a time when your child feels comfortable and safe sharing with your their ideas and thoughts, able to cry when they need you so you can support them. That’s where I am at today.
