As a coach, my job is to help clients to use their core values and strengths to invoke their inner wisdom and be guided by it. I help my clients to discover the mindsets and blocking mental attitudes which are stopping them to achieve their goals.
I help them to leverage their strengths to overcome these roadblocks. I often challenge them to come out of their comfort zone.
I work with executives and professionals towards their work performance, peace of mind, and healthy relationships in their professional and personal environment. I use mindfulness exercises effectively to bring my clients to a relaxed and creative environment where they can work towards what they want to achieve.
I have successfully coached senior and middle-level executives towards their goal of moving up in their careers through developing skills like effective delegation, succession planning, strategic thought process, mutually beneficial negotiations, executive presence, and effective communication.
In addition, I work with working parents to help them with their relationships with their children and other family members.
I have also helped in stress management using mindfulness, meditations, and change in perspective.
