My coaching services are fully tailored to the client’s needs. I offer you my experience of more than 10 years, with great pleasure and enjoyment.
The coaching process that I am hired the most requires an investment of approximately 22 weeks, since there are 8 sessions of between 45 and 120 minutes, separated at least 2 weeks, one from the other.
We will agree financially based on the co-design that we will finally do for your coaching process. The average investment is US $ 2,000.00 per coaching process.

He has led Career Coaching Processes for hundreds of professionals from all over Latin America, Brazil, the United States, India, the United Arab Emirates and some countries in Europe and Africa. In addition, he has led Leadership Interventions and Conflict Resolution, Professional and Personal Coaching Processes for SMEs, Multinationals and Independent Professionals in Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Brazil and Costa Rica. His clients are from 12 to 87 years old. He also facilitates experiences (workshops) on "Disruptive Improvisation", "Enjoyment", "Networking", "Personal Marketing", "Team", "New Product Design", "Leadership", "Innovation" and "Clown Coaching".
He is certified as PCC by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as Mental Health Coaching by Modern Health University, as Executive Coach by INCAE Business School, as Executive Coach and Master Coach by the Interamerican Association of Coaches (AIAC), as Coach by the Success Unlimited Network (SUN) and as Team Coach by FV Coaching & Consulting. He is founder and active associate of the Costa Rica Chapter of the ICF and the Costa Rican Professional Coaching Association (ACCP). He is also certified in the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA). He has lived, as a participant and assistant, the Insight I and Insight II experiences, and as a participant, Insight III and Insight IV. “The Listening”, “The Trust” and “Training”, by Clown Esencial, as well as Points of You, are part of his tools. He is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Costa Rica, with an Executive MBA from INCAE Business School and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Latin University of Costa Rica.
