Congratulations on taking this step to enhance your performance as a manager and leader.  I applaud your courage in reaching out to get the support and input to take your career to the next level.  I am a coach who specializes in the unique career needs of STEM women.  I am not a scientist but have spent my career being a keen observer of how STEM women are most often their own worst enemies. My client successes include getting promoted, managing cross-functional teams, transitions to new opportunities, and letting go of sub-optimal behaviors and attitudes. I am focused on you and your success in uncovering stifled potential, discovering new solutions to recurring problematic behaviors and recovering from limiting beliefs. I offer one package: three months of virtual, hybrid or in-person coaching conversations, a range of between six to nine hours of coaching including access to a unique private client portal with a library of coaching client resources.  For corporate clients, I offer customized full circle (360 degree) feedback data collection, conversations with your manager to sustain your learning edge.

Qualifications & Specialities

Since 2002, my passion is to escort STEM women up their career ladder.  My ideal coaching client is a early to mid-career STEM professional in R&D or related science and technology fields in private sector, non-profits, government or academia. I am internationally certified through the International Coach Federation as a Associate Certified Coach.  I received my coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and maintain my Certified Co-Active Professional Coach certification. My latest coaching success is a returning STEM woman who was bored, under-utilized as number #2.  Now she is the CEO of a biotech trade organization.
