Pearl designs the coaching contract for each client to meet the needs at hand. Most coaching engagements average at 6months – a year. Her goal is to create independence and closure- coaching is not intended to be a long term solution. Coaching sessions range between 45-90 minutes. Prices vary based on location of the client.

Pearl has trained with Co-Active Training Institute, CRR Global, and is licensed to administer the Leadership Circle 360. She has been a coach certified with the International Coach Federation since 2006 and has been a professional working in the non-profit sector for almost 40 years.
