Pearl designs the coaching contract for each client to meet the needs at hand. Most coaching engagements average at 6months – a year. Her goal is to create independence and closure- coaching is not intended to be a long term solution. Coaching sessions range between 45-90 minutes. Prices vary based on location of the client.

Her organizational clients have included socially innovative start-ups, professional associations, foundations, hospitals and educational institutions.
