Below is my coaching bio and work experience/profile:👇🏿
An enthusiastic, certified coach, supportive leader, a certified Ubuntu Coach (July 21 cohort).
I started my coaching journey in 2008 with IAC, Canada, joined ICF(International Coaching Federation global) in 2009/2010. Joined ICF Nigeria Charter Chapter from inception (2015). I had my 44ce “coach training,  intensive and in-person program” in 2014 at Chicago with CEC, college of executive coaching. FO  also is an Alumni of EZ37 PCCP coach training programme,  Nigeria (June, 2021) with 16 hours of coach training.
She is a graduate of Educational Management with Economics from the University of Ibadan (1990) with 12 years experience in demonstrating and in applying the coach management style through team lead and leadership roles across various sectors, spanning HVAC/engineering, legal, public sector, educational sector; as well as offering training sessions, programs and workshops on adopting the coach leadership and management style to executive management of these organizations or institutions, in the above-mentioned sectors. The coaching management style will support the development of sustainable organizational culture, resourceful teams and team synergy.
A history of working in the human resources industry with over 15 years experience and impressive skills in Business Planning, General Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources Administration and Performance Management.
FO also bagged a Diploma in office managment of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration General from University of Lagos(1994).
FO is a people’s person. She is people oriented and sensitive. She is a compassionate and supportive leader, colleague and friend. FO is resourceful, a self starter, self motivated and driven. She is a “getting things done” person with a high sense of integrity.
