A people and culture strategist as well as leadership enthusiast, I am a professional certified coach (PCC) who is inspired by seeing possibilities become reality. I find meaning in supporting clients to engage whole-heartedly, transform obstacles and find fulfillment.
An ICF member and certified Five Lens Enneagram Practitioner, my background is in Industrial Psychology, and I have 18 years’ experience in the field of people development, Human Resources, and Learning and Development. I gained extensive corporate experience when working with a large international retailer, and my roles have spanned regional HR business partner to talent manager, head of coaching, and the facilitation manager for learning and development at the Cape Union Mart Group (where I led a national team). At my previous employer, I was voted onto the Senior Leadership Group for two consecutive years and had the honor of facilitating at the groups Annual Senior Leadership Conferences. I am also the founder of The Hive, and a faculty member of Integral+ Africa’s, Coaching Centre and the Eliot Osrin Leadership Institute.
When I’m not coaching and running a business, I am hiking in the mountains, doing hot yoga or getting messy with some charcoal or acrylic paints.
