I am a positive, open and conscientious socialite. Prudent, honest, organised and punctual. Life values happiness, love, trust and honesty. My family, motion, outdoor and healthy lifestyle is very important for me in daily life. Most interesting hobbies are communications between humans, to travel, dance, friends and family, yoga, meditation, music, horses and many other things as I like to be in action as well as relaxation.
I have learned through the years to have goals, because it has helped me to get success in the things I want to reach out for. Having learned coaching in 2014 has helped me a lot with my goals and no less listening to my heart, knowing who I am and what I want. Finding a balance between physical and mental health is my eternal mission.
