My coaching approach is client-centred, provides practical, innovative solutions and shares relevant perspectives to accelerate individual leadership capabilities so that clients achieve breakthroughs, and become more effective in attaining organizational goals and objectives.
What’s Included in a Coaching Assignment:
6, one-hour sessions, 1 session per month over six months. Client has flexibility to design personal preference for duration of coaching sessions.
Individual Development Plan, jointly developed between Coach and Client. Where necessary and appropriate, discussions with stakeholders, and expected outcomes
Engagement with Client’s direct manager through relevant touchpoints to facilitate Client and direct manager to align progress observed and development goals with the organization
Conduct personality or strengths assessments where meaningful for Client development and awareness
