I am an independent coach, consultant, advisor and author. After 35 years in corporate life, much of it operating at c-suite level, I now support business and functional executives across a range of coaching interventions; specialising in career, performance, executive and leadership coaching. I also do pro bono support for non-profit organisations. In particular I focus on building HR capability either through training, consulting or coaching across the globe.
I offer a tailored range of options in respect of packages; including corporate clients, private clients and non-profit clients. Typically I offer a free 30 minute chemistry meeting before any engagement to allow my clients to be happy with my approach, and for me to be happy i can work with a client. After that i would offer sessions in bundles of 3s; depending on requirements. Longer commitments would earn a discount over time.
