Hello, my name is Ruth and I am an Executive Coach.
Since 2014 I support high level and high potential executives to manage transitions. Our work together helps them build credibility, influence, and communicate better. I support them to develop as leaders, to become more visible and get the recognition they deserve.
I help my clients to get underneath their challenges. We look at things in a deeper way, so that that they can uncover and resolve the underlying causes. I support my clients to understand themselves better. This brings them more awareness, leading to greater choice and freedom. I bring my own unique blend of deep inquiry, challenge when needed, empathy and presence to my work.
I have also been engaged in my own personal and professional development for over thirty years. This work continues to inform my work with clients. It has helped me to find deeper acceptance of myself. I have better relationships as I am more open, present and available. It has also helped me to get more out of my life, I feel happier and I am easier to be around. This compassionate approach informs my work as a coach, and is part of what I bring to my clients.
My background is in Science, Corporate IT, Project Management and Training.
