I am an ICF certified professional coach, consultant and trainer. I became interested in coaching skills 20 years ago and have worked as a professional  coach for over 10 years and over hundreds of  hours. I have a family business background and work a lot with entrepreneurs , executives and leaders at various levels and have experience and skills related to marketing, sales and corporate responsibility management. Also, I have a passionate interest in the development of working culture, resilience and family business continuity.
I find myself to be an honest, inspirational and goal-oriented coach with deep listening skills and presence.  My business background  gives me a wide array of opportunities to support the coachees on their learning journeys.
Customers often comment on my strong presence and my ability to find the right questions for the moment. I create a warm atmosphere where the potential and the strengths of the coachee are cherished.
The process and session lengths vary, depending on the customer-specified needs. I have worked with multiple different industries and can coach in Finnish, Swedish and English.
