I have over 30 years of administrative experience in leadership roles as a process improvement, PMO and Compliance Senior Manager in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia and Venezuela in an International Company. I was responsible for coordinating new processes and controls to be applied within the company in order to safeguard its assets and verify the reliability of its financial statements according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
