Hello and welcome everyone.
I am a coach, counselor and therapist. Within this threefold profession, I am specialized in success coaching, in relationship and couples counseling and in holistic and integrative psychotherapy. I assist my clients in their personal growth and inner healing through a holistic coaching, counseling or psychotherapy process, implementing neuro-scientifically proven methods and approaches.
It is one of my main convictions that the way we grew up – even in a transgenerational sense – has a tremendous impact  on how we perceive our personal and relational lives, our profession and how we are shaping our future.
I look back at 24+ years of experience in the fields of training, education, coaching and counseling. While I was living abroad in the United States for 4.5 years, I have coached and counseled locals and expatriates from around the globe.
Knowing the challenges that go along with mastering one’s professional and personal life as an expatriate abroad – including raising two third-culture kids (TCK)  – my clients can benefit from an attachment-based and culturally sensitive coaching, counseling and therapeutic approach.
