I am a qualified Positive Psychology, Wellbeing and Life Coach, plus Yoga Teacher with a distinction-level MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and BA in Psychology.
How often are we ever really listened to? How does it feel when someone does? I create this space for you which, coupled with pointed questions, challenges and creative techniques enables you really delve into your thoughts to move forward towards your goals much faster.
The purpose of my coaching sessions is to empower you to live your life with intention and by design.

This quote is part of my coaching manifesto. My mission as your coach is to walk alongside and support you discover your very own patch of sunshine and feeling the courage to sit in it.
I offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions in the comfort of your own chosen space, whether that is your home or outside in nature, either virtually or in person.
My 1-on-1 coaching sessions start from £70. However, experience suggests the most effective results occur from attending a number of sessions built into a block or programme as it offers more consistency and commitment.

Time to Shine
Work with me 1-on-1 for 6 months. 24 weeks of coaching sessions to manifest your goals and create the life you want to live.
The Full Intention
Many of my clients also incorporate yoga sessions with their coaching package to create ‘The Full Intention’. This is a programme uniting coaching, yoga and positive psychology.
It is aimed to provide a complementary combination of evidence-based techniques to intentionally support you in;
