Specialised in intercultural consultancy, Regina coaches C-level executives from all five continents. She is highly committed to helping her clients achieve tailored and sustainable solutions, by applying the Solution-Focused coaching approach. Reinhardt Coaching international clients’ backgrounds varies from industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical, finance, automotive, oil/gas and food/non-food, to non-profit organisations and the educational sector. Since 2006, she has been running her agency ‘Reinhardt Coaching‘ offering all services both online and in-person.
Regina grew up in Athens, Greece, where she graduated from the international college Deutsche Schule Athen. Given her Swiss and German ancestry, she is an adult ‘Third Culture Kid’ (aTCK). Fluent in German, English and Greek, Regina is a Highly Sensitive Person, a yoga and meditation practitioner, up-cyclist, artisan and proud mother of an adult son.
