It is by our interactions with people that we are defined and develop as human beings. By its very nature, this connection with others is complex and awareness of ourselves often enables a greater understanding of the other person.
By understanding our way of being, we are able to manage perceptions and connect with greater impact.
My strengths are building businesses, developing leaders, growing teams, working with teams under stress, communication and conflict resolution. My understanding of the strategic drive required within an organisation, coupled with my focus on the people aspect enables me to creatively hold the tension that often develops.
