I stand for awareness based systems change powered by Love and Pragmatism.
My aim is to generate meaningful conversations and experiences that facilitate growth.
One of my favourite tools in this endeavour is coaching. I believe in coaching the person (or the system, in the case of team coaching), not the title, so I am not into labels such as executive coaching / leadership coaching etc. For me, coaching is about assisting you to achieve your goals.
I see my clients – be it individuals or companies – as complex interconnected systems. Because of this interconnectedness, a small change in one of its components can generate a ripple effect throughout the entire system. This is why I don’t discriminate in between components. Whatever the client brings, is welcomed. And sometimes challenged. Because I am in the business of change. I am in the business of leveling up.
An african proverb says “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”. Contemporary wisdom says “if you want to go both fast and far, hire a coach”.
