Our sessions could take place either in person or online or by phone. Although the
achievement of the best results depends on the goal setting.

I offer a free coaching session to listen to your coaching needs and from there I will analyse what coaching package is necessary, it is recommended to see the best coaching results you need to be committed for at least 3 months to be able to see and track the growth.

Package 1: Power hour

–        hour free consultation

–        1 hour 1-on-1 coaching session

Package 2: One month plan

–        hour free consultation

–        detailed questionnaire so that we can jumpstart our session

–         4 sessions: 1 hour 1-on-1 coaching session

–        In-between session support

–        $200

Package 3: Three month plan

–        hour free consultation

–        detailed questionnaire so that we can jumpstart our session

–         12 sessions: 1 hour 1-on-1 coaching session

–        In-between session support

–        $600

Package 4: Six month plan

–        hour free consultation

–        detailed questionnaire so that we can jumpstart our session

–         24 sessions: 1 hour 1-on-1 coaching session

–        $1200

As a coach accredited by International Coaching Register, COMENSA, and SA Business coaches , I hold the Code of Ethics and practice the Core Competencies (such as Confidentiality, active listening, coaching mindset, agreements’ establishment and maintenance, trust and safety cultivation, presence,
awareness evocation, growth facilitation). I have more than 150 hours experience in
individual sessions.
