Prior to becoming professional coach, Coach Med has over twenty years of proven track experience in marketing in reputable corporations, majority multinational companies in diverse industries. His last two positions were marketing director at Grab, the first decacorn start up in South East Asia region and senior vice president at XL Axiata, one of major telecommunication companies in Indonesia. Passionate in marketing as he finds marketing is a perfect marry of science and art, his legacy can be found in each and every brand that he has managed in the past with tremendous growth.
Coach Med is living his life purpose to make impact to others along with his passion towards people and business growth. He holds ACC credential from International Coaching Federation. He also holds Engage & Grow and Adding Zeros license as coach. He is Top #3 Global Coach for Engage & Grow in 2020 and secures Top 15 Engage & Grow Global Coach position for the past consecutive 15 months.
Coach Med’s services include individual and group coaching. He loves to collaborate with individual or group of people that are keen to transform their life, exploring possibilities through structured chat and discussion. While at the beginning he focused more on business and executive coaching, nowadays he gets more and more clients that require life coaching which he enjoys doing.
Coach Med understands that everyone’s needs are different. Therefore his approach is more to have pre-program chat first to better understand his clients’ unique needs so he can create specific programs for them.

Prior becoming professional coach, he has become corporate coach in some of organizations he worked with for a decade.
Coach Med holds Bachelor degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) majoring electrical engineering with cum-laude. He got full scholarship to take master degree in France. He holds double master degrees: master of engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure Télécommunications (ENST) de Bretagne for telecommunication engineering and master of science from Université de Rennes I for computer science.
