Qualifications & Specialities

Rodrigo is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with +10 years of experience coaching executives and leading teams. He’s been trained in the ICF’s core competency model, SMART goal method, GROW model and Harvard’s negotiation method, all frameworks that he continually uses and combines effectively with his coaching clients.

He has worked at Toptal, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Currently, he works as Executive Coach at the IEEM Business School of the University of Montevideo, as Business Coach at Speexx and as Associate Coach at BetterUp.

His vast professional experience and philosophy have shaped his approach to a coaching style that is a mixture of democratic, mindful, developmental and transformational coaching.
