Welcome to my listing; I have nearly 40 years of work experience spanning banking, HR, technology, consulting, academia and coaching. I specialise in coaching organisational leaders who are driving change, especially through M&A transactions and restructuring.
I offer a wide range of flexible solutions recognising that often a leader may need an advisor, mentor or a consultant and not a coach. Everything i do is tailored to a clients real needs. I charge US$2500 per day for my time and use this as a guide to coaching. Private clients will vary between an initial 3 or 6 month contract depending on whether the requirement is a short-intervention or to ensure sustainable improvement over a time period. Corporate clients tend to follow the usual 6 sessions over 6 month pattern.
I adhere to the ICF Code of ethics and competency framework; including guaranteed personal confidentiality at all times.

I also coach a number of private clients who are looking to make changes to their career choices; be it moving to a portfolio career, looking to step up inside their existing organisation, or make an immediate impact on the first 100 days of a new role. With over 20 years experience as a c-suite HR leader, i am also passionate about developing the HR function and coach a number of senior HR professionals. In support of my career journey, i have an MBA in strategy & change, I am studying for a post-grad Diploma in leadership and coaching, and have a wide range of professional memberships including an ACC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have co-authored 3 books on HR and am a Fellow of both the UK and Hong Kong HR institutes. I have also taught on HR aspects of MBA programmes at the Sheffield Hallam University and the University of East London. I have also been a guest lecturer at the University of Bath and the University of Durham.
Specialities include helping individuals create their personal leadership narrative, leading organisational change through storytelling, and 30/100/1000 day career planning.
