Hi, I’m Radu and I’m here to support people’s development through coaching in both the professional and personal area.
I have over 20 years of experience in leadership and management working with various teams both in academia and in the private business environment.
I am a dynamic person, with a strong desire for knowledge and development, empathetic, open and visionary, and I have successfully explored various professional areas in which I have innovated and added value.
For the past 15 years, I have been active in the travel industry, with expertise in corporate sales, business development, franchises and resellers, international relations, public procurement, marketing, public relations and communication, partnership development, social responsibility.
In 2016 I experienced coaching for the first time. It was the moment of a profound change of perception, the beginning of a personal transformation that will continue in the coming years. Over my entire professional experience, over my innate talent for communication and relationships, over empathy and openness to people and their potential, there was overlapping training in coaching and continuous development in this field. I understood very quickly that through the coaching process and using specific tools, I can accompany people in achieving personal or professional goals, that they can achieve the desired performance, that they can fulfill their dreams and aspirations, that they can live their lives as they wish.
Dedicated exclusively to coaching, I am convinced that from the position of coach I can bring major benefits to my clients, in their process of transformation, growth and performance, both individually and as a team.
I am a Professional Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, lecturer at the EdAlt Institute and facilitator in various group coaching programs.
