My name is Rebecca and my goal is to help you successfully transition from WHERE YOU ARE NOW to WHERE YOU WANT TO BE IN LIFE. With extensive experience in Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualised approach will help you attain your goals

As a internationally accredited coach I have the tools, qualifications and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.

I have a BA (HONS) degree in Business Administration, CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources, Life Coach certification and am a Master NLP practitioner. In addition to my education throughout my personal life I have continued my personal development by studying wellness and mindfulness techniques to guide me in leading a healthier life. WHY PICK ME? Believe me when I say I have been where you are now and I understand your current mindset. My mind was like a maze and I could not switch off. I would make irrational decisions or lash out at the people I loved. I put myself and my health last as I believed I was not worth it. I have been through child sexual abuse, parental neglect, divorce, domestic abuse, unhealthy relationships, depression and anxiety. Although when I found the realisation that I was worth it, I worked hard learning techniques and strategies to calm my mind and nourish my soul when in crises or struggling. I now feel completely different and embrace my life knowing life can throw anything at me and my mind and body are connected enough to deal with the issue and come out stronger and so will yours be!!!!
