I collaborate with individuals to help them prioritize wellbeing, unleash their creativity, and effectively communicate to resolve leadership dilemmas, enabling them to courageously lead with clarity and live with fulfillment.  I ascribe to Self-leadership as essential for success in the journey to becoming a leader who is purposeful, resilient, truly authentic, and influential. When you collaborate with me as your Coach, we would uncover those blind-spots which set you back.  You would be inspired to set yourself up to stride forward by being thankful for the past, purposeful in the present and enthusiastic about the future.

Qualifications & Specialities

I hone over 20 years of business management experience with small and mid-sized businesses. Continuous learning has been the pillar for my progression. I hold an MBA with specialism in Human Resource Management.  Business operations is a specialty area, I am a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Coaching is my forte; I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Coach and BehavioralOS Practitioner.
