I was an enthusiastic and ambitious professional with over 17 years in experience in B2B banking, with a particular focus on Corporate and Commercial Banking. Throughout my experience, I have been involved in a variety of projects, from start-ups to established corporations and as a result I have developed a holistic approach to business development, project management, transformation, growth, sales effectiveness and strategy. In addition to my skillset in working in environments of diverse stakeholder interests, I am confident in my competence to deliver on time and with excellence by upholding values of integrity, flexibility and problem-solving.
Through my recent professional coaching role as ACC with over 200 hours of coaching experience and 140 hours of approved coach specific training hours, I can confidently describe myself to be a result-oriented, energetic, positive, direct and curious.
