Who am I?
Hello! I am Rituparna, an accredited Transformational Life coach that can guide your inner compass to point in the direction of who you want to be, instead of what the world expects you to be. If you feel you are drifting through life along a path chosen by external forces rather than you, then I am a coach for you. If you feel that you’ve live life trying to fit in rather than being authentic to your values then I am a coach for you. If you feel guilty taking time to follow your dreams, or even taking time out for yourself then I am the coach for you.
 
With 150+ hours of pure coaching and more than two years of continuous professional development, I use humour, conversations, tools and mindfulness to get you to the change you seek.
How would coaching help?
Through coaching, you can find a safe and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts that you’ve not been able to speak before. Conversations that would help you take charge and confidence to put yourself first without any guilt or exhaustion. Coaching will help you realise what are the beliefs that are actually holding you back and things that are causing you to stay stuck in the unhealthy patterns you can’t seem to break out from!
Unfortunately, coaching would mean moving inch by inch and taking charge of your life the good old fashioned way, i.e by asking yourself uncomfortable questions, digging deeper, and moving forward with no hold barred honesty!
What would you get from me?
A friendly, safe, secure, and non-judgmental place where you can be unabashedly you. A bag full of tools and techniques, that’d help you stay on track and oodles of support. Lots of questions! my only role is to ask the right questions!
My work experience
I am a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. I have done my diploma in transformational coaching, along with it I am a certified mindfulness practitioner, diploma in Positive Psychology and CBT. I’ve worked with more than twenty clients and about 5 corporates to date. I’m your neighbourhood friendly coach without the baggage.

Qualifications & Specialities

1 - I have 10+ years of corporate experience and am working as a transformational coach for 3 yrs.
2 - I work as a transformational life coach, specializing in Mindset coaching & Relationship coaching. I firmly believe that once you identify your strengths, recognise your values and let go of your limiting beliefs you can get back in control of your journey and have a wholesome, mindful, fulfilled life.
3. I have a diploma in  Transformational Life Coaching as well as an ACC accreditation from ICF. Along with that I'm also trained in Mindfulness, positive psychology & CBT coaching.
4. My speciality is helping you separate the goals that are yours vs what is expected of you by society, family, others. Identifying and then dealing with the negative thoughts that keep you stuck. Providing you with a different perspective, that will make loving yourself easier.
