Coaching is a partnership between the coachee and the coach. Coaching is very different from counseling or mentoring. I am not going to give you any advice but help you find your solutions. It is like an internal audit;). Because only you know what is best for you! Through various technics and a lot of questions we will partner to answer your current concerns.

My name is Hélène Genillard. I was born and raised in Switzerland (French speaking part) before moving to the US to attend university. After having obtained my degree, summa cum laude, in communications (Bachelor of Science) from Emerson College (Boston, United States) in 1999, I worked for the Massachusetts Democratic Party for a year, specifically as a campaign assistant for Senator Edward Kennedy in his Senate re-election campaign.
These four years spent in Boston were crucial to my training in the field of communication. Back in Switzerland, I joined Merck-Serono for five years, first as a Press Relations and then Sponsoring Co-ordinator. Alongside this, I pursued my academic studies by obtaining a diploma in journalism, with distinction, from the London School of Journalism.In 2006 I became the Editor of Rolex's external magazine, which I left two years later to put my communications experience to use on the Web by creating my company.
My clients were mid-sized to large corporate companies. In 2013 I joined the International Coach Academy to became in 2015 an Accredited Certified Coach (ICF). In 2016 I pursued my training by obtaining a Certificate from the University of Chicago.
I created www.tools4coaches.com to help other coaches prepare their sessions. .
