It is by our interactions with people that we are defined and develop as human beings. By its very nature, this connection with others is complex and awareness of ourselves often enables a greater understanding of the other person.
By understanding our way of being, we are able to manage perceptions and connect with greater impact.
My strengths are building businesses, developing leaders, growing teams, working with teams under stress, communication and conflict resolution. My understanding of the strategic drive required within an organisation, coupled with my focus on the people aspect enables me to creatively hold the tension that often develops.

Qualifications & Specialities

I have been coaching full time since 2010 and has coached globally across a diverse range of cultures, industries, desired objectives and strategic challenges. I hold a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) qualification from ISACA and BA Honours Degree. I am a certified Integral and Ontological Coach having completed the Integral Coaching Methodology, Coaching to Excellence and Associate Coaching Courses from the Centre for Coaching, GSB at the UCT run in partnership with New Ventures West (USA).  I am a PCC (Professional Coach) accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have completed the Master Consciousness Coaching course. I have also completed the Ontological Coaching Course through the Ontological Institute, Australia.
I am accredited to work with the Insights profiling tool and the Enneagram and performs Perceptual Audits.
Prior to coaching, I held the position of Associate Director in Data Management (Governance, Risk & Compliance) at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). I worked across industry groups, delivering consulting services to the financial industry, telecommunications, metals and mining, healthcare, education, government entities and consumer services.
