I stand for awareness based systems change powered by Love and Pragmatism.
My aim is to generate meaningful conversations and experiences that facilitate growth.
One of my favourite tools in this endeavour is coaching. I believe in coaching the person (or the system, in the case of team coaching), not the title, so I am not into labels such as executive coaching / leadership coaching etc. For me, coaching is about assisting you to achieve your goals.
I see my clients – be it individuals or companies – as complex interconnected systems. Because of this interconnectedness, a small change in one of its components can generate a ripple effect throughout the entire system. This is why I don’t discriminate in between components. Whatever the client brings, is welcomed. And sometimes challenged. Because I am in the business of change. I am in the business of leveling up.
An african proverb says “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”. Contemporary wisdom says “if you want to go both fast and far, hire a coach”.

Qualifications & Specialities

I am a soft skills trainer since 2005, a coach since 2007, an entrepreneur since 2009 and a mother since 2019. If you are more of an academic kind, you might also be interested in the fact that I graduated the University of psychology. Many more roles could be listed here, but I tried to keep the ones that are most relevant to my role as a coach.
As a soft skills trainer and as part of the global Blanchard network, I have many certifications in the area of Leadership, Self Leadership, Optimal Motivation, DiSC (communication assessment), Human Synergistics and others.
Because of this background, I have had the chance to interact with many industries, nationalities and specializations.
Since 2010, I have also been an Empretec facilitator, helping entreprenurs level up their business game (Empretec is a flagship capacity-building programme of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for the promotion of entrepreneurship and micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) to facilitate sustainable development and inclusive growth).
I am also an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), which is proof for the many hours of training and practice that stand behind the quality of my services.
