Once upon a time I was a leader in search of the promised land too and while I led a multimillion dollar sales organization at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2015 as the global director of sales for MEA & India, I continuously asked myself the question “How do I lead to impact in the right way and get the results that I am asked to deliver?”
That’s my story and how I opened the gates to the immense universe of coaching 6 years ago through the extraordinary coaching training at the Co-active Training Institute. I am sure we agree that anyone can learn to become a great leader as Vince Lombardi said “Leaders are not born, They’re made” and yet many face internal moral conflicts, while others burn out trying to figure out the right way forward and many manage to have successful careers while neglecting their own values to achieve and perform for a bigger purpose!
