After a successful career in industry, including at Board level, I left full-time employment two years ago to establish myself as an independent executive/leadership and personal coach. I wanted to use my experience, empathy and personal skills to give value back to others in business, charities and in the world at large. I completed Barefoot Coaching’s post graduate course in Business and Personal Coaching course and became a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am now accredited as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), having coached over 60 clients, around half of these executives and senior leaders.
My coaching style is to listen carefully and to ask revealing and challenging questions. I use a range of thought-provoking exercises to help you learn more about yourself, see new perspectives, and come to practical and potentially life-changing conclusions and resolutions.
I help people to develop their full potential by using all of their unique strengths, values, energy and personality.
I enable leaders to lead and and not just manage, to be open and engaging with their teams and colleagues, and release their own creative energy to become trusted and inspirational leaders.
I work with people to plan their career, and for those leaving full-time employment, to re-imagine their “third age”.
I work with teams to help them improve their mutual support and collaboration, resolve dysfunctions and to become more productive and fulfilled. I help all sorts of individuals with life and career planning, and carry out pro bono coaching for people with mental-health and other life challenges.
