How I work
I create an environment which balances safety and challenge allowing space to explore, create and take inspired action. I offer tools and knowledge to support insight and growth. I am flexible and adaptable but balanced with accountability toward agreed goals. Complete confidentiality is a cornerstone of my work. An engagement starts with a contracting session to deeply explore and solidify overall goals, how we will best work together and to essentially create our terms of reference for the body of work we will complete together. Based on this, each session will have its own focus and desired outcome and end with agreed actions. My role is to help you to access the resources and knowledge you already have while challenging assumptions and beliefs that may be holding you back. I believe deeply that the clients I work with are creative, resourceful and whole and are their own best expert on themselves.
